All of our dishes are seasonal; to ensure our dishes use only the very freshest ingredients, our herbs and spices are painstakingly sourced to guarantee the finest expression of Anatolian flavour.Designed by Conran and Partners, the sleek interiors are comprised of a series of rooms featuring brass detailing and wood accentuating the natural elements of the space, and plush seating areas.

Drinks deliver unique notes from throughout the peninsula; from Mediterranean fruits and tea from the Black Sea, to pomegranate and pistachio from the South East.
Every cocktail on our menu has an innovative twist with cocktail classics boldly recreated by the Rüya bar team. We have an excellent selection of spirits from all over the world to entice even the most curious and discerning drinkers.
